The art of coffee making
What would be your reaction if you know you’ve been making coffee wrong this entire time? At least that’s what scientists across the world think. We’ve come to ease the situation and show you how to brew coffee to the best of its potential.
DIRECTIONS
Make about 30ml espresso with a coffee machine and pour it into the base of your cup. Very slowly pour the milk into the cappuccino. For a smooth cappuccino pour the milk over the espresso in a thin, steady stream. However, for a cappuccino with a foamy head, hold back the foam with a spoon and gently pour the milk over the espresso. Spoon the foam over the top. Dust the surface with cocoa powder if desired. Serve hot.
